During the long, hot days of summer, we can’t wait to whip out the flip flops and showcase our new sandals, but we also need to make sure that our feet are kept healthy through the summer months.

To prevent excessive foot sweating and odour in the summer, wear open sandals when you can, or change your tights or socks at least once a day.

Footwear such as flip flops and flimsy sandals can often rub and cause blisters, cracked heels can also develop from open-backed shoes rubbing around the edge of your heel.
